In addition, you’ll have access to local contracts that have been negotiated via OSU Wexner which may also have additional cost savings that can be extended to your organization.

We do a deep-dive review into your existing contracts to ensure that the terms align with your vendor’s offering. This service typically validates the legitimacy of the vendor’s offering and identifies potential cost savings. In addition, OSHN IT may identify opportunities for new contracts that will reduce costs compared to your current contracts.
In partnership with Managecast, we monitor and ensure your organization’s data is securely backed up and able to be recovered in the event of a disaster or security incident.
In partnership with UniPrint, we manage and support your multi-functional devices, such as MFDs and copiers, by providing usage reports and ensuring they’re the right fit for your environment. Our printer maintenance program includes maintenance, labor, parts, toner, and cartridge recycling. Just add paper—UniPrint will handle the rest.
