The TeleBurn program leverages telecart technology to capture images and virtual triage by Burn/Trauma Providers, ensuring patients are efficiently navigated to the appropriate level of care. This approach enhances timely decision-making and specialist access across emergency and inpatient setting.
The TeleDerm program leverages telecart technology to capture image to support enhanced triage and navigation of dermatologic conditions, ensuring patients are directed to the appropriate care by a Dermatologist. This technology-driven approach improves access and accelerates clinical decision-making for both acute and routine skin concerns
The TeleHand program leverages telecart technology to image capture technology to support enhanced triage of hand trauma, enabling timely evaluation and navigation to appropriate care by a Hand Specialist. This virtual approach improves access to expert assessment and accelerates treatment planning.
The TeleGI (Gastronenterology) program enables asynchronous consultations with GI Providers, allowing providers to submit clinical questions and receive timely specialist input without disrupting inpatient workflows. This model enhances access to expert GI care while supporting efficient, coordinated decision-making.
The TeleStroke program leverages telecart technology through synchronous consults allowing stroke trained Neurologists to support care of patients in emergency and inpatient settings, ensuring rapid, expert care when every minute counts.
The TeleICU program delivers real-time critical care through synchronous consults and virtual rounding by Critical Care Providers, ensuring timely, expert support for complex inpatient cases. This model enhances responsiveness and continuity of care across partner hospitals and intensive care settings
The TeleID (Infectious Disease) program offers both asynchronous and synchronous consults for inpatient and outpatient care, enabling providers to access timely ID Specialist input for complex infectious cases through flexible virtual collaboration.
The TeleNeuro program provides inpatient neurology consults, stroke follow-up consults, and asynchronous EEG interpretations. Through the use of telecare technology and collaboration with the regional site care team, providers ensure responsive care and real-time results for patients.

The Physician Advisor Program provides a service to assist with the correct determination of the Appropriate Level of Care (ALOC). The Physician Advisor on call works with the case managers and the primary team to determine whether a paitent is appropriate for inpatient or outpatient with observation services.
The TelePsych program provides synchronous consults to support real-time triage and supportive evaluation of patients in the regional site emergency department. Additional bridge clinic services through our Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) Providers supports and ensures mental health resources until long-term care is established.
The eConsult program enables asynchronous consults with Specialists, allowing providers to submit clinical questions and receive timely expert input. This model enhances access to a wide range of specialty care while supporting efficient, coordinated decision-making.
The TeleMFM (Maternal Fetal Medicine) program offers outpatient synchronous consults with MFM Providers, providing timely, expert guidance for high-risk pregnancies. This virtual model enhances access to specialized care while supporting collaborative prenatal management.
