Fatigue and orthostatic symptoms are common yet often challenging complaints encountered in primary care. This case-based discussion will review the evaluation of a young adult presenting with chronic fatigue, orthostatic intolerance, palpitations, and cognitive symptoms ultimately consistent with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). Participants will explore the differential diagnosis of fatigue and orthostatic tachycardia, appropriate diagnostic workup, interpretation of orthostatic vital signs, and evidence-based management strategies. Through interactive discussion, attendees will gain practical tools to recognize POTS, identify red flags requiring referral, and implement effective nonpharmacologic and pharmacologic treatment approaches.
